What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage all aspects of the leasing process for new prospects, including qualifying prospects, leasing apartments, and creating final lease documents
- Coordinate live virtual tours and move-in needs for approved applicants
- Actively manage CRM queues and maintain all communications with prospects and applicants
- Respond to phone and email inquiries, conduct virtual leasing tours, and complete application requirements
- Participate in regular property meetings related to performance, occupancy, and leasing

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in customer service, sales, or retail
- Real estate or other license as required by state law
- Experience with Yardi or other property management accounting software preferred
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Suite including Outlook, Word, Excel, and SharePoint

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous leasing and selling experience
- Experience using Microsoft platform including Outlook, Word, Excel, and SharePoint
- Ability to manage difficult customers and/or situations
- Understanding of applicable federal, state, and local fair housing laws
- Strong attention to detail, organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills
