What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Complete mental health and chemical dependency assessments for patients in emergency departments and inpatient units
- Monitor patient progress toward recovery goals and maintain documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR)
- Consult and coordinate with multiple facilities on admitting procedures and patient transfers
- Provide safety planning for patients and refer them to available support services upon discharge
- Train and orient new employees and audit clinical assessments of junior staff

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must have RN, LPC, or LCSW licensure
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
- 2-5 years of experience in the mental health field
- No supervisory experience required
- Licensed in the state of Missouri or Illinois only

- Master's Degree in Social Work or Counseling
