What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as a liaison between providers, facilities, pharmacies, insurance plans, support staff, and patients
- Receive, triage, and respond to inbound requests via phone calls and electronic messages
- Assist with virtual care activities such as gathering/documenting medical history and medication refills
- Help with provider schedule maintenance, telehealth encounter preparation, and outpatient registration
- Perform other duties as assigned

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Medical Assisting Diploma/Certificate from an accredited training program required
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a medical office setting
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
- Completion of an approved medical assistant training program or passed exam from an accredited certifying organization

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience with medication refills in a primary care medical setting
- Familiarity with telehealth services and patient portal administration
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
