What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as a liaison between providers, facilities, pharmacies, insurance plans, support staff, and patients
- Receive, triage, and respond to inbound requests via phone calls and electronic messages
- Assist with virtual care activities, including gathering/documenting medical history and medication refills
- Help maintain provider schedules and prepare patients and charts for telehealth encounters
- Perform other duties as assigned to support patient care and operational needs

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Medical Assisting Diploma/Certificate from an accredited training program required
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a medical office setting required
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
- Successful completion of a medical assistant examination from an accredited certifying organization required

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with medication refills and virtual care activities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems
