      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Serve as a liaison among providers, facilities, pharmacies, insurance plans, support staff, and patients
      - Receive, triage, and respond to inbound requests via phone calls and electronic messages
      - Assist with virtual care activities, including gathering medical history and medication refills
      - Support provider schedule maintenance, telehealth encounter preparation, and appointment scheduling
      - Perform additional duties as assigned

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or GED
      - Graduation certificate from an accredited Medical Assistant training program
      - Minimum of 1 year experience in a medical office setting
      - Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
      - Completion of an approved medical assistant training program or passing the medical assistant examination

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with telehealth systems and electronic health records (EHR)
      - Strong organizational and multitasking skills
      - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
      - Ability to work collaboratively in a team-based environment
      - Knowledge of medical terminology
