What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Actively listen to live conversations between physicians and patients
- Communicate and verify patient information with physicians
- Utilize EHR/EMR programs like Epic, Athena, Cerner, etc.
- Provide accurate and clear written records of patient encounters
- Maintain HIPAA compliance and ensure a noise-free workspace

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Knowledge of medical terminology
- Fast typing speed and accuracy; computer skills
- Flexibility to work 8-to-10 hour shifts between 7am and 7pm, Monday through Friday
- Access to secure internet and private workspace
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Recent clinical experience as a medical assistant, medical transcriptionist, etc.
- College-level courses in medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish
- Detail-oriented and motivated to take on more responsibility
- Ability to make an impact and contribute to the success of the organization
