What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with Clinical Director and/or Program Director to develop therapy programs
- Deliver appropriate topics during scheduled groups
- Complete all group notes immediately after leading each session
- Document all services provided in clients' medical records
- Participate in staff meetings and provide training on therapeutic services and mental health topics

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field
- Experience working in behavioral healthcare
- Maintain all applicable licenses and certification requirements
- Knowledge of company policies, DMHAS, and Joint Commission standards and regulations
- Availability to work part-time Monday-Friday 5-830pm

- 0-2 years of experience in behavioral healthcare services
