What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Orient new patients to the treatment program and complete necessary assessments
- Monitor patients throughout the treatment process and provide support
- Facilitate therapeutic groups and activities as outlined in the treatment plan
- Document patient behaviors and maintain confidentiality of all activities
- Maintain a clean environment and provide leadership to colleagues

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university and 1 year of experience working in a mental health setting OR 3 years working in a mental health setting or with adolescents
- Possession of a current Driver’s License in good standing
- CPI and CPR/First Aid certification within 90 days of employment with the employer

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working as a mental health technician or with adolescents in a healthcare-related service
