Position Purpose:
Unique opportunity for RNs to deliver patient care through virtual located in Waterloo Medical Center. In this role, RNs will assess and care for patients by leveraging video conferencing to complete admissions, discharges, communication and education on our acute care unit.
What you will Do:
Responsible for collaboration, communication & facilitation of optimal provision of care through a computerized &/or digital platform supporting daily management of care.
Responsible for the assessment, planning, implementation, coordination, monitoring & evaluation of the patient's plan of care from admission to discharge

Minimum Qualifications:
Current IA RN license
BSN preferred
Must have at least 8 years of nursing experience
