What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Schedule, reschedule, and cancel exams for patients while providing excellent customer service

- Demonstrate care and compassion when interacting with patients, especially in difficult situations

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proficiency in using a personal computer and Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of medical insurance plans and medical terminology in both languages
- Effective organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to type fluently in English while speaking with callers in either language
- High level of integrity, confidentiality, and business ethics

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a healthcare setting or medical scheduling role
- Bilingual fluency in a secondary language relevant to patient population
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
