What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of 3 years of recent experience working as a paralegal within a law firm, with engagement in a law firm setting within the past six months
- Proficiency in at least two areas of law
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with keen attention to detail
- Must own a Windows laptop and smartphone with broadband internet access

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in California law
- Familiarity with e-Discovery processes
- Knowledge of case management software
- Experience with law firm bookkeeping software for invoicing and timekeeping
