      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree
      - Minimum of 3 years of recent paralegal experience in a law firm setting
      - 3+ years of remote work experience
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal research platforms
      - Strong communication and organizational skills, with a quiet location for phone calls

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Familiarity with document management systems
      - Experience with cloud-based practice management tools, such as Clio
      - Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
