What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Obtain verbal reports from nurses regarding patient observational needs and safety considerations
- Maintain constant visual observation of patients using virtual sitter software
- Accurately record data and report any changes in patient status to the RN
- Notify RN or CNA of patient needs or risks as identified
- Follow instructions from nursing staff regarding patient redirection when necessary

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Basic computer skills related to Windows navigation, mouse usage, keyboarding, email communication, and password management
- Must be able to perform constant visual observation of patients
- Ability to communicate effectively with clinical staff
- Must handle potentially distressed or combative patients

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- One year of direct patient experience
- Familiarity with patient safety protocols and observational techniques
