What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Obtain verbal reports from nurses regarding patients' observational needs and safety considerations
- Maintain constant visual observation of patients using virtual sitter software
- Accurately record data and notify the RN of any changes in patient condition
- Communicate patient needs or risks to nursing staff as identified
- Follow instructions from nurses for patient redirection when necessary

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or equivalency
- Basic computer skills including navigation, keyboarding, and email communication
- Ability to adhere to standards of behavior and code of conduct
- Must be able to manage a work environment with distressed or combative patients

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- One year of direct patient experience
