What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide continuous observation and surveillance of assigned patients due to safety risks
- Staff the video room and perform physical rounding on admitted patients
- Offer physical bedside support while rounding on units with admitted patients
- Set up equipment and assist bedside staff as needed
- Work night shifts, specifically 3 out of 4 weekends per month from 7pm to 7am

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Graduate or Equivalent required
- Related healthcare experience preferred
- Provider of BLS certification (American Heart Association/American Red Cross) required
- Must be available for scheduled night shifts
- Punctuality and reliability for weekend shifts are essential

- Previous experience in a healthcare setting
- Additional certifications or training in patient safety or support roles
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes
