What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide continuous observation and surveillance of assigned patients due to safety risks related to their behavior
- Function as a Virtual Buddy sitter, staffing the video room and performing physical rounding on admitted patients
- Offer physical bedside support while rounding on units and setting up equipment
- Collaborate with bedside staff to ensure patient safety and comfort
- Assist in maintaining a safe environment for patients and staff

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Graduate or Equivalent required
- Provider of BLS (American Heart Association/American Red Cross) certification required
- Related healthcare experience preferred
- Must be available to work 3 out of 4 weekends per month from 7pm to 7am
- Punctual and reliable attendance for scheduled shifts
