Provide an overall world class experience to our clients and participants.
Build and foster strong client/participant relationships.
Work with their manager to execute a comprehensive marketing plan leveraging multiple channels to exceed registration, active and passive engagement goals.
Drive high levels of Active Engagement.
Effectively deliver a variety of virtual programming including: 1:1 consults, educational webinars, live streaming classes, and other quality engagement activities.
Instructs, motivates, and assists participants in a safe, legal, moral, ethical manner to achieve their goals.
Ensures the basic level of EXOS methodology is represented in their delivery of all virtual services.
Assists in identifying and monitoring key performance indicators and adjusting programming to maximize impact.
Report on program performance.
Maintain and foster a positive and inclusive community and culture reflective of EXOS’ values.
Support achievement of client customer metrics
Candidates applying for this position should be able to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted repeatedly throughout the workday. Also, the physical requirements of this job require frequent walking around and demonstrating and assisting with exercise movements; bending, stretching, lifting, pushing, pulling and squatting are movements performed daily.
Minimum of three (3) years of strength coaching/personal training experience
BA/BS Kinesiology or Sports Science or related degree
Currently hold industry certification, preferably NSCA-CSCS or NASM
Knowledge and application of EXOS methodology, products, and solutions
Master’s Degree in Kinesiology, Sports Science, Rehabilitation or related field.
Excellent video presence and delivery in both small and large group settings
Strong customer service skills where servicing the “client” is top priority
Energy and passion for helping others achieve their personal goals
Must be able to work independently with little daily supervision
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Excellent technology acumen and specific skills relating to, but not limited to: Microsoft Office Suite, Google Tools, Social Media, Streaming tools or related platforms
Ability to manage own schedule and balancing administrative responsibilities with client-facing services
