      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Serve as the primary call center contact for patients, pharmacies, and medical professionals
      - Provide initial support for customer requests via telephone, email, fax, or other means
      - Assess user issues and deliver first-level support for problem resolution
      - Document resolutions and escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate area
      - Work a 40-hour weekly shift, typically from 11:00 AM EST to 8:00 PM EST or 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM PT

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or equivalent
      - Pharmacy Technician experience required
      - HIPAA certification
      - Call center experience required (3+ years preferred)
      - Experience in medical claim processing is a plus

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
