What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist guests in a courteous and professional manner in all functions of the Reservation Center
- Maintain a high standard of service and hospitality at all times
- Maximize revenue for the employer
- Operate a computer and follow the Drury Spirit Reservation Process
- Handle multiple tasks simultaneously and efficiently

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Ability to take written and verbal direction
- Ability to relate to the public and team members in a warm, friendly, and professional manner
- Attention to detail
- Thorough knowledge of employer's policies and procedures for guest service
- High School Diploma or equivalent
