What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide virtual observation of selected patients, identifying potentially hazardous behaviors
- Monitor up to 16 patients continuously on one screen, remaining alert while on duty
- Effectively communicate with patients using a microphone and headset
- Respond promptly to patient behavior changes and communicate effectively with hospital staff
- Educate and onboard other virtual safety specialists to ensure a cohesive team

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school graduate or G.E.D.
- Strong communication skills, effectively using a microphone and headset with patients
- Skillful in navigating technology, patient monitoring platform, and system requirements
- Familiarity with basic Microsoft Windows operations and skilled in simple data entry

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Certification preferred (Nurse Assistant/Medical Assistant, nursing student, or other allied health)
- Prior clinical experience and hospital background
