      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Conduct 90-minute virtual sales presentations to engage prospects and present timeshare options
      - Utilize CRM systems and virtual communication tools to manage sales activities and customer interactions
      - Build and maintain relationships with first-time buyers and follow up with leads
      - Meet or exceed sales targets, maintaining a minimum net volume of $33,000 over 90 days
      - Stay informed on product knowledge and industry trends to effectively communicate with prospects

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Proven experience in sales, with a preference for virtual sales experience
      - Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
      - Proficiency with CRM tools and online sales platforms
      - Self-motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
      - High School diploma or GED; at least three to six months of sales-related experience; a Florida Real Estate License is required

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Familiarity with the timeshare industry or previous experience in timeshare sales
      - Experience utilizing video conferencing tools for sales presentations
      - Ability to thrive in a goal-oriented environment and meet sales quotas
