      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead and coach the Virtual Sales team to achieve sales objectives and drive employee satisfaction
      - Establish and maintain procedures for customer targeting and sales processes, including new customer segments
      - Manage team recruitment, performance management, and talent development
      - Address escalated customer queries and complaints to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
      - Collaborate with internal teams and foster relationships with field sales teams to enhance effectiveness

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree plus 6 years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and work experience
      - Minimum of 2 years of leadership or supervisory experience
      - Direct experience in Virtual Sales or Sales
      - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
      - Proficient technical aptitude with computer technology and software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Salesforce.com)
