      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Achieve sales goals by implementing marketing and sales strategies to promote products to healthcare professionals (HCPs)
      - Build and maintain relationships with physicians, nurse practitioners, and other healthcare staff
      - Record and track call notes, sales aids utilized, and customer follow-up plans
      - Develop and execute territory business plans based on market conditions and customer needs
      - Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive business impact and share relevant knowledge

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, and/or PharmD required
      - Previous experience in retail, inside sales, or customer service preferred
      - Intermediate computer skills, including proficiency in Windows, Word, and Excel
      - Excellent oral communication and customer service skills
      - Solid understanding of diabetes and obesity disease states, with the ability to communicate technical information

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience using sales data and call reporting software
      - Self-starter with good business judgment and discretion
      - Ability to establish rapport and close sales effectively
      - Knowledge of Novo Nordisk’s products and clinical studies
