What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide an extraordinary guest experience through online chat, assisting with inquiries and navigating the shopping experience
- Research and provide product solutions to aid guests in making purchasing decisions
- Schedule virtual or in-store appointments and maintain a digital calendar
- Upsell products and services while entering sales orders and accepting payments
- Initiate outbound communication for promotional campaigns and support guest sales recovery
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must have 1-2 years of sales experience
- Proficient in technology, computer literacy, and typing
- Required to follow all scripts, policies, and procedures, complying with guest experience training
- Must be willing to work a flexible schedule, including early morning, night, and weekend shifts
- Reliable internet connection at home
