What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Monitor daily student attendance, engagement, and academic progress
- Serve as the main point of contact for students and families regarding online learning questions and support needs
- Coordinate onboarding and orientation for new virtual students
- Collaborate with district personnel to provide interventions and academic support for struggling students
- Communicate regularly with families through phone, email, newsletters, and conferences

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Valid Indiana Teaching License
- Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills
- Proficient in technology integration and digital platforms for learning

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Administrative or leadership experience in a school setting
- Experience in virtual or blended learning environments
- Familiarity with Indiana Online Academy and state testing requirements
- Experience creating a master schedule
- Knowledge of graduation requirements, new Indiana diploma, and seals
