What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Educate homeowners on the benefits of solar energy, including cost savings and home value enhancement
- Capitalize on sales opportunities with warm leads while also generating personal leads and referrals
- Manage customer relationships through effective pipeline management and follow-ups
- Maintain accurate sales notes and updates within the CRM system
- Occasionally travel to meet with clients as needed

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years of inside sales experience
- Proficiency in computer skills
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Experience in solar sales is preferred but not required

- Previous experience in the solar industry or renewable energy sales
- Strong network in related industries or customer bases
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
