What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide face-to-face, on-camera technical, video, and audio support during remote depositions
- Troubleshoot audio and video issues for clients in real time
- Organize all documents needed for virtual depositions
- Ensure clients are comfortable using the platform and answer any technical questions
- Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after depositions

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 2+ years of customer service experience
- 1+ years of experience with video/audio conferencing, including proficiency in Zoom
- Ability to coordinate many moving parts in a high-stress environment
- Comfortable using multiple technologies and quickly picking up new skills
- Highly attentive, detail-oriented, and organized
- Minimum of 20 hours of availability Monday - Friday
- Desire to work with a fast-paced tech startup and opportunity for growth
- 6 months of remote work experience
