What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide virtual care for patients aged 3 months and older, addressing minor illnesses and injuries
- Manage a patient load of 4-5 patients per hour within a fast-paced telemedicine environment
- Collaborate with supervising physicians in Family Medicine for comprehensive patient care
- Serve as a secondary clinician on-call for urgent or emergent coverage
- Monitor patient volume reports to ensure manageable workloads and reduce clinician burnout
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience as a clinician in Urgent Care or Emergency Medicine
- Valid PA Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner medical license, or the ability to obtain one
- Board certification is required
- Graduate of an accredited education program for Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistants
- Must have a reliable, high-speed internet connection and a HIPAA-compliant workspace if working remotely
