- Provide personalized and group support to entrepreneurs through various channels, facilitating their learning progress and ensuring they meet established milestones.
- Oversee platform access and ensure entrepreneurs have the needed information to activate.
- Send motivational messages and reminders to encourage course completion.
- Develop and assign customized learning paths based on each entrepreneur’s business needs, optimizing their development journey.
- Regularly assess user engagement through usage and satisfaction metrics, providing insights to increase course completion rates.
- Assist entrepreneurs, offering tailored solutions to overcome technical or personal barriers.
- Compile key metrics on user progress and platform usage, generating reports that include insights and recommendations.
- Deliver assistance to ensure effective user activation and engagement with the learning platform.
- Identify opportunities for enhancing the user experience through behavioral analysis, user feedback collection, and benchmarking
- Work with the marketing team to maintain engaging communication with users and promote ongoing participation in the platform.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Mass Communication, Education or other related social science field.
- At least, 3 years of experience in tutoring or coordinating online training programs. Alternatively, 1 year of experience with a master's degree.
- Experience working on FCDO/UN-funded projects in Nigeria.
- Experience working with an INGO.
- Experience working on an entrepreneurship donor-funded Project.
- Passion for TechnoServe’s mission of prosperity for all Proven analytical skills.

- Skilled in collaborating within multicultural teams as a respectful and adaptable team player.

Program Overview: The TechnoServe EdTech Initiative
Building on a successful initiative that harnessed social media and emerging educational technologies to support thousands of entrepreneurs in developing countries, TechnoServe has launched a fully digital entrepreneurship development model designed to dramatically scale impact: TechnoServe EdTech. This online-based education initiative aims to enhance management skills among micro and small entrepreneurs and is currently operating in Africa and Latin America in collaboration with various local and global organizations.
Job Summary
The Virtual Tutor is responsible for guiding, motivating, and supporting entrepreneurs enrolled in TechnoServe’s EdTech projects, ensuring they complete their business growth journey on our learning platforms. This role provides technical support, guidance, and monitoring to help participants meet their learning goals. Additionally, the Virtual Tutor plays a key role in enhancing the user experience by gathering feedback and proposing continuous improvements to the EdTech product.Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
