What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide excellent customer service while answering incoming customer alarms and calls
- Demonstrate proficiency in written and verbal communication, maintaining professional telephone etiquette
- Manage multiple software applications efficiently while attending to alarms and calls
- Assess and evaluate opportunities for problem-solving in security situations
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify potential issues and opportunities for improvement

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- 1-2 years of data entry experience required
- Experience with multi-line phone systems or soft phone use required
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a high-volume call center or 911 communications preferred
- 1-3 years of customer service experience preferred

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Any certified training or knowledge of Access Control, Fire, and Burglary systems is a plus
- Experience in upselling products and services to customers
- Strong ability to build excellent client relationships through proactive communication
