The Visual Content Specialist role is a Graphic Design with light Automation content creation.

What You'll Do:The Visual Content Manager is responsible for creating and implementing graphics, motion graphics and animation strategies that effectively promote the organization's products, services, and brand.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities also include:• Conceptualize, design, and execute motion graphics and animations for social media, broadcast, and digital platforms.
• Familiarity with digital marketing platforms and optimization techniques for social media and websites.
• Support event management team with event collateral and swag creation.

What You'll Bring

Must Haves:

Must submit a portfolio showcasing motion graphics and graphic design, preferably from one of the categories listed.
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design principles.
• Graphic Design Experience
• Motion Graphics/Animation Experience
• Adobe Suite Experience (specifically Illustrator)
• Canva
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to translate complex concepts into simple visuals.

Nice To Haves:
• Experience working on marketing campaigns within some or all of the following categories: Professional Services, SaaS, Technology, Accounting, HR.
• HubSpot experience
• Ad placement experience on LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram etc.
• Experience with ClearView Social
• Monday.com Experience
• Experience managing freelancers including copywriters, social media managers etc.
• Experience with WordPress
