      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Create graphics and visuals for training resources and courses at Great Clips University
      - Collaborate with instructional designers to develop accurate training materials
      - Ensure brand compliance by creating style guides and visually engaging content
      - Support meetings and events through presentation design and review
      - Build strong relationships by effectively communicating and accepting feedback

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or equivalent experience
      - Minimum of 1+ year of experience in graphic design
      - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office Suite
      - Knowledge of presentation design in PowerPoint
      - Strong verbal and written communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in e-learning or instructional design
      - Ability to quickly learn new computer software
      - A creative approach to visual treatment of materials
      - Proven track record of establishing credibility and trust with stakeholders
