- Determine legal acceptability of vital records for registration and archival storage
- Provide end user support for software applications related to vital records
- Participate in the development and enhancement of vital records information systems
- Conduct data quality cleanup efforts on registered vital records
- Assist in testing and development reviews of software applications

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Experience working with a records management system
- Experience evaluating data for quality, accuracy, and conformance to standards
- Experience providing system end user support
- Experience interpreting and applying rules, policies, or procedures
- Must allow background check for appointment to the position

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working with vital records and related state statutes
- Experience developing written documentation and training materials
- Experience participating in project teams to implement or enhance software applications
