What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assess current virtual desktop infrastructure and develop detailed migration plans to VMware Horizon
- Design and implement VMware Horizon environments, including Horizon View, Unified Access Gateway, and Horizon Cloud
- Execute migration activities, including data and application transfer, configuration adjustments, and user onboarding
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure compatibility and integration with existing systems and applications
- Optimize VMware Horizon performance and troubleshoot issues during and after migration

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience with VMware Horizon, including Horizon View, Unified Access Gateway, and Horizon Cloud
- Proven experience in planning and executing large-scale virtual desktop migrations
- Strong knowledge of virtualization technologies, including VMware vSphere and ESXi
- Experience with Windows Server and desktop operating systems

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Project management experience
- Certification in VMware Horizon
- Experience with network protocols and services
