What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Oversee the end-to-end number porting process, including submitting requests and resolving issues
- Communicate with carriers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely number transfers
- Utilize the RingCentral admin portal for configuring numbers and ensuring proper routing
- Identify and resolve challenges related to porting, including documentation issues
- Maintain accurate records of porting requests and timelines

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Mandatory experience with RingCentral, including number management and porting processes
- Minimum 2 years of experience working with VoIP systems and SIP trunking
- Familiarity with FCC porting rules and carrier documentation standards
- Strong troubleshooting skills to efficiently diagnose and resolve porting issues
- Excellent communication skills for coordinating with various stakeholders

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with fax solutions over VoIP
- Previous work on large-scale number porting projects
- Familiarity with other UCaaS platforms besides RingCentral
