What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Identify, prioritize, and penetrate key market segments within the short-term rental, hotel, and hospitality industries
- Develop and execute a comprehensive B2B sales strategy to meet aggressive revenue targets
- Collaborate with product development, marketing, and operations teams to ensure alignment with B2B market needs
- Design and implement retention and loyalty programs tailored to B2B clients
- Track, report, and analyze key sales metrics, performance, and forecasts
- Build and lead a high-performing sales team of four, including hiring, training, and coaching
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 10+ years of sales experience with a track record of success in selling to the hospitality industry
- Strong CPG knowledge and experience
- 5+ years of experience leading and managing a sales team
- Strong understanding of different sales channels and wholesale operations
- Proven ability to drive revenue growth and exceed sales targets
