      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

      - Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
      - Manage regional sales territory to meet specific performance goals
      - Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders
      - Analyze market trends and adjust sales plans accordingly

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
      - Active Series 7 license
      - 7+ years of business development or sales experience
      - Experience in RIA, broker-dealer, or clearing services

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and managing client relationships
      - Familiarity with Salesforce for sales tracking and pipeline management
      - Experience attending industry events, conferences, and trade shows
