- Serve as the strategic architect across all People COEs, ensuring programs are aligned to company priorities and interconnected across the employee lifecycle.
- Lead the long-range planning process for the People Function, linking COE initiatives to business goals, workforce trends, and brand strategy.
- Translate enterprise strategies into clear roadmaps and KPIs for each COE pillar.
- Drive the design, execution, and measurement of enterprise-wide People programs (e.g., performance management, employee experience, engagement).
- Create and manage a master program portfolio dashboard across COEs to ensure visibility, interdependence, and results.
- Introduce best-in-class tools, processes, and frameworks to enhance program effectiveness and cross-functional collaboration.
- Partner with COE leads to ensure strategies are brand-right, scalable, and inclusive.
- Champion change management and stakeholder engagement efforts to drive adoption of new programs and mindsets.
- Facilitate alignment between global and local People strategies, ensuring flexibility while maintaining consistency with Benefit’s culture.
- Act as a thought partner to senior executives on organizational effectiveness and transformation.
- Represent the People Function in enterprise forums and steering committees focused on strategic initiatives.
- Support strategic communications, including updates and presentations for LVMH.
- 15+ years of progressive HR or business experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role overseeing strategy or transformation within a COE or HRBP function.
- Proven experience leading cross-functional programs in fast-paced, global environments.
- Deep understanding of HR disciplines, especially in talent, OD, learning, and change.
- Strong business acumen, with the ability to connect People strategies to enterprise value.
- Experience working in a consumer-centric business; beauty, retail or luxury a plus.
- Exceptional communication and influence skills—with a balance of strategic thinking and operational execution.
- Passion for culture, creativity, and purpose-driven leadership .
- Hybrid - requires onsite presence weekly

We’re looking for a Vice President, COE Strategy & Programs to lead and elevate our Centers of Excellence (COEs) within the People Function.
This is a newly created role designed to drive strategic alignment, integration, and impact across our Talent, DEI, Learning, Organizational effectiveness, and Total rewards initiatives. You’ll work closely with the Chief People Officer and the People Leadership Team to shape and deliver high-impact, people-first strategies that scale with the business and bring our brand DNA to life from the inside out.

The target salary range for this position in California is $270,000 - $310,000 annually. The actual salary offered is based on market location and will depend on a variety of factors, which may include, as applicable, years of relevant experience; certifications or other professional licenses held; other legitimate, non-discriminatory business factors specific to the position; and the geographic location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will perform the job. This position is eligible to earn an annual bonus.
