      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Design processes for developing media audiences and insights for planning and buying
      - Translate client audience segments into actionable media strategies across various platforms
      - Oversee the agency's media research approach and manage key research tools and platforms
      - Collaborate with Tech & Analytics teams to identify strategic platforms for audience analysis
      - Lead the development of a proprietary audience platform in conjunction with Tech & Product teams

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 10+ years of experience in managing media research and media tools
      - Deep understanding of media data, addressable media, audience segmentation, and ad tech
      - Proven experience with market research and media research methodologies
      - 5+ years of experience in an advertising agency or fast-paced environment

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience working with diverse teams and fostering inclusive environments
      - Familiarity with advanced analytics tools and proprietary audience platforms
