This role will be responsible for North America leadership of all Enterprise customer acquisition . Theu00A0 focus of the role is to build out the New Business specialism and function for this team - establishing best p ractices for customer acquisition, leading a team of RVP, Enterprise Acqusition leaders, who manage New Business Account Executives as well as partnering with the SDR, Trials, Referral, and Marketing teams.

u2022 Partner effectively with acquisition leaders in other regions to collaborate on best practices, learnings, GTM strategies with the objective of building a best - in - class approach to new customer acquisition

u2022 5+ years of relevant experience acquiring new customers in a key / enterprise / global account in a senior leadership roleu202F u202F
u2022 7 + yearsu2019 experience in business development with a successful record of accomplishment everywhere you have been
u2022 5+ years of managing teams larger than 5 direct reports and effectively managing performance and career development u202F
u2022 Significant relevant ex perience in the HR consulting / leadership & L&D space u202F
u2022 Familiarity with relevant systems, e.g., salesforce u202F
u2022 Outstanding & compelling presenting / storytelling skills u202F
u2022 Highly developed skills in networking, partnering, and communicating with senior le vel stakeholders both internally and externally u202F
u2022 Incredibly data focused when building GTM strategy as well as managing performance
u2022 Understanding and experience with the key leading indicators that drive a healthy and performance minded acquisition fun ction
u2022 Flexible hours may be required to run deals / partner across regions / time zone u202F
