- SSA compliance (vulnerability assessments, special briefings, line security risk management, international business compliance and reporting to the Inc. Vice President of Security and the Government Security Committee (GSC)).
- Responsible for the Sector's compliance with the NISP and customer supplied security directives for classified national security information. Duties include site assessment visits, training and education of the security staff, interface with site leadership to support security programs and oversight of the vulnerability assessment program.
- Responsible for the development and growth of a world-class security team to ensure sustained superior performance.
- Management of the Director of International Operations whose role is to maintain close and continuing contacts with international security providers in support of the Sector’s worldwide business development and operational requirements as well as to conduct, evaluate and present risk assessments with recommended compensatory measures to senior leadership. Ensuring high and severe risk countries assessments are conducted to enable the company to do business and the ability to track travelers.
- Oversight of internal investigations addressing the loss, compromise or suspected compromise of classified information under the NISP or customer supplied security directives.
- Oversight of the Joint Security Operations Center which is responsible for the tracking and support of all I&S, P&S and Inc employees traveling on Company business, both international and domestic, and for the physical security monitoring of sites throughout the U.S. and overseas.
- Oversight of the Sector PERSEC (Personnel Security) function which supports clearance administration for P&S and Inc employees.
- Oversight of the physical security annual audit of all sites with quarterly reporting responsibilities to the Sector President.
- Oversight with inputs from the Security Directors of the guard forces contract budget to ensure the highest efficiencies are implemented without sacrificing quality and/or customer requirements.
- Oversight of the management of the P&S incident notification matrix while taking the lead on all crisis/incidents within the security function portfolio.
- Responsible for maintaining a series of customer and regulatory agency relationships that strengthen the Sector's strategic objectives and minimize the risk associated with the Sector's involvement in domestic and international national security programs.
- Responsible for the establishment and sustainment of an insider threat program within P&S focusing on the protection of employees, assets and supply chain, and uncovering threats to our technologies and information resources from internal and external threats.
- Support, communicate, reinforce and defend the mission, values and culture of the organization.
- Support the NISP through active participation and contributions to national-level forums and industry working groups designed to strengthen competency and external customer influence and disseminate knowledge throughout P&S.
- Serve as a business enabler through sound security practices; provide security guidance to P&S executives throughout all levels of the enterprise
Job Description
The Vice President of Security, P&S, oversees a diverse industrial, physical and international security program supporting approximately 12,000+ employees in more than 20 locations worldwide. Responsibilities include oversight of compliance with the Special Security Agreement (SSA), implementation and oversight of appropriate physical security controls, the Joint Security Operations Center (JSOC), insider threat program, all aspects of the Sector's compliance with the National Industrial Security Program (NISP), and managing internal and external relationships including Government and industry stakeholders and security suppliers.

Required Skills and Education
Bachelors degree and 15+ years of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
Experience dealing with a government contracting security program
Superior knowledge of NISP and SSA standards, policy processes, and U.S. Government practices and other security laws and regulations
Proven ability to lead and manage high-performing teams across multiple locations
Knowledge of international business operations, including familiarity with laws, regulations, and cultural nuances relevant to global sites, with the ability to navigate and comply with diverse international regulatory requirements and standards
Expertise in risk management and mitigation strategies for protecting assets, personnel, and operations in high-risk and extreme-risk countries
