What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Identify potential customers, strategic partnerships, and new market segments to drive revenue growth
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at US-based software companies

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proven track record of at least 15+ years in business development, sales, or related roles within the automotive retail industry, focusing on dealerships or repair shops
- Strong background in selling technical B2B software products with clear credibility around technical understanding
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data-driven insights to guide decisions
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working with dealer management systems or shop management systems
- MBA or equivalent educational background
- Willingness to travel as required to meet with clients and attend industry events
