Guide and lead Fiskars Group on how to become successful with online across DTC / 3rd party pureplayers, and retail.com, both through and beyond tech.
Leverage your expertise to facilitate ideation across stakeholder groups and input heavily into the overall company and business area visions. You will also communicate and articulate how to drive growth and profitability through seamless consumer / customer experiences.
Define the Omnichannel and MarTech vision, product and technology strategy and roadmap. Build up the capabilities, delivery models and teams to realize the vision.
Build a World-class Digital development organization. Including ensuring the continued performance of system integrators, vendors, and other third parties.
Build and grow the Omnichannel and MarTech team to be able to deliver on Fiskars Group’s technology and Agile WoW objectives. Your team will need a strong business mindset to develop solutions supporting the business strategy and ensure that customer value is optimized throughout the product lifecycle.
Oversee all areas of Agile within your team, making sure that all members know what their role is and receive necessary training and support.
Have a long-term view on the direction and challenges of the wider retail and technology industries and feed this into the strategy and direction of the team.
Be a key stakeholder in setting portfolio-level objectives and key results for new product development.
Build and maintain the overall budget for, as well as tracking moderations both due to additional demand and budget changes from finance.
Proactively manage and own the operational and capital expenditure budget of the Omnichannel & MarTech organization.
You are a self-starter who can work in a rapidly changing environment; you embrace ambiguity and demonstrate problem-solving leadership with limited oversight.
You have a combination of commercial and technology experience, and a substantial track record of delivering successful transformation programs in global organizations.
You have a demonstrated ability to manage senior stakeholder groups across complex organizations, drive agile WoW transformation programs, and deliver ambitious project roadmaps in environments of competing demand.
You have wide experience of leading key digital development areas and delivering MarTech solutions
Past leadership experience from Online, Omnichannel, Digital Marketing Technology, Digital Product Management, agile development in fast-paced environments is a must. Experience in marketing operations, such as paid advertising, SEO, conversion rate optimization, CRM and personalization is highly qualifying.
You are comfortable owning a PNL and leading large teams of technology specialists.
You have a deep understanding and appreciation of Agile ways of working, including structures, governance, development methodologies, processes, and supporting tools
You consider it your home turf to navigate the intersection between the technological and commercial aspects of business and you are well known for your analytical skills. You have the ability to quickly cut through complexity and understand larger contexts and dependencies.

We are now looking for our next Vice President, Omnichannel & MarTech for our Digital & IT organization.
ABOUT THE POSITION
In the role as VP, Omnichannel & MarTech, you will guide and drive Fiskars Group on how to become more successful with online, omnichannel and MarTech. You will lead teams of domain architects, engineers, contractors and system integrator partners to deliver best-in-class online, OMNI, instore tech, and digital marketing capabilities. You will support Fiskars Group’s strategic ambition to be industry leading in Digital, providing ownership of the Omnichannel and MarTech IT vision, strategy and roadmap. You will leverage agile ways of working to create a culture and ways-of-working that drive the department – and its impact in the business – forward.As VP, Omnichannel & MarTech, You will work strategically with the Chief Digital Officer, the Digital & IT Management Team, and the Fiskars Group Leadership Team (FGLT). Your guidance and leadership on how to solve consumer and business needs, drive revenue/profitability, build seamless consumer and customer experiences, and balance priorities and trade-offs, will be essential to realize our ambitious targets in the Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) area. Partnering with a range of business functions e.g. Business Areas, DTC, Sales, and the FGLT, will be an important part of your work.
As the VP of Omnichannel and MarTech, you will be part of the senior leadership team in Fiskars Group’s Digital & IT organization. This is a high-performance position where you will draw on your accrued experience in digital product development and business acumen, working insistently to achieve challenging goals.
The position is based in Helsinki, Finland, Copenhagen, Denmark, or Stockholm, Sweden.
