      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and execute the Public and Labor strategy to achieve pipeline and bookings targets
      - Build Maven's footprint in the Public and Labor market by expanding presence with prospects and consultants
      - Win new business by presenting Maven's value proposition at industry events and meetings
      - Utilize data and analytics to manage and coach the sales team, ensuring performance goals are met
      - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance pipeline development and resource allocation

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 10+ years of relevant experience in Public and Labor healthcare sales or consulting
      - Proven track record of leading sales teams to meet or exceed quota attainment
      - Strong process-oriented leadership skills with experience in scaling organizations
      - Ability to interpret and discuss analytics in a clear manner across various audience levels
      - Experience in building and managing complex business partnerships to grow revenue

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Established network of relationships within the Public and Labor market, including brokers and health plans
      - In-depth knowledge of Taft-Hartley market operations and collective bargaining strategies
      - Passion for expanding market segments and tackling new challenges
      - Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment
