The Position

The VP Real Estate for EMEA will be responsible for developing and executing PVH’s real estate strategy for Calvin Klein and Tommy Hilfiger in the EMEA region. This individual will manage the real estate process from strategy to execution for all existing and new stores in EMEA. Reporting into the CFO PVH Europe and the Global Head of Real Estate, this position plays a key role in expansion plans and marketplace execution and will be a key partner to regional leadership to accomplish business goals while working in collaboration with the Global Head of Real Estate to ensure alignment with the global real estate strategy.

• Work proactively with regional leadership to ensure business objectives are aligned with the real estate portfolio and deliver a comprehensive, high quality store network to deliver on the PVH Plus Plan.
• Work in close collaboration with the Global Real Estate COE on multiyear plans ensuring real estate strategies are connected to the business, consider region specific needs, and follow a disciplined approach that aligns to global real estate best practices.
• Manage PVH’s real estate portfolio, from site selection to lease execution including retail stores, offices and warehouses, across all markets in the region in partnership with regional leaders.
• Supports the Head of Global Real Estate with analysis, forecasts, and business case preparation for CEO, CFO, and Board meetings and is responsible for tracking decisions and progress connected to the multi-year plan.
• Lead the development and alignment of real estate strategy in support of the overall business strategy and financial plans.
• Provide leadership and direction to the real estate organization and its supporting teams, including leasing, store development, store planning, construction, maintenance, real estate legal and finance.
• Manage and oversee all transactions including lease options, lease extensions and renewals, site selection and relocations, lease assignments, subleases, resizing of existing spaces and other lease amendments.
• Work in close partnership with real estate legal to negotiate form leases and standard business terms with key landlords.
• Oversee the work with all external real estate partners and is PVH’s primary contact for developers and landlords in the region.
• Identify financial and business trends within the portfolio and make data- driven decisions by utilizing department analytical tools.
• Maintain key landlord relationships and build network within the retail industry.
• Travel to markets to evaluate current and future business.

The Ideal Candidate

• 10+ years of retail real estate experience in strategic leadership role.
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Experienced negotiator.
• Proven high performance real estate leader with working experience from the major retail markets in the region. Have a track record of managing high quality store networks, creating value through real estate.
• Have a well-established network with key landlords.
• Strong analytical skills, using a data driven approach.
• Executive presence and ability to efficiently communicate across all levels of an organization.
• Strong management, interpersonal and organizational skills. Experience in leading and developing high performance teams.
• Must have a good knowledge of construction and facilities management.
• Extensive travel required throughout the region.
