      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Educate and promote the benefits of fee-based business to advisors, facilitating adoption of the firm’s advisory technology
      - Execute a regional sales strategy, managing the region’s top opportunities and maintaining a sales pipeline
      - Drive impactful interactions and events, inviting advisors and managing meeting follow-ups
      - Introduce and support advisors on various product offerings, including mutual funds, ETFs, and private client solutions
      - Review and analyze regional reports to prioritize prospects and convert sales leads into opportunities

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must possess a Master’s Degree preferred or a Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Business, or related subjects
      - Series 7 certification required
      - Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role
      - Ability to travel 50-75% of the time
      - Extensive knowledge of advisory platforms and wealth management concepts

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - CFP or CIMA certification
