What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Establish a strategic vision for the Research and Validation team

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive leadership experience in educational research
- Doctorate preferred
- Comprehensive knowledge of research design and methodologies
- Proficiency in statistical analysis of data
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
