What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales plans to achieve revenue targets and drive growth
- Oversee the sales planning process, including forecasting, budgeting, and resource allocation
- Utilize data analytics to monitor sales performance and provide actionable insights
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, finance, and supply chain teams for cohesive execution of sales strategies
- Lead and mentor the sales planning and operations team, fostering a high-performance culture
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proven track record of 10+ years in sales planning or operations within the CPG industry
- At least 5+ years in a leadership position
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- MBA or advanced degree preferred
- Experience in sales forecasting tools and CRM systems
- Proven track record of delivering results in a competitive market environment
