      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and execute a targeted sales strategy to enhance the employer's presence in the Public Sector
      - Drive revenue growth by securing government contracts and procurement opportunities
      - Oversee the RFP/RFI response process to ensure compliance and competitive positioning
      - Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers in government
      - Represent the employer at industry events and collaborate with cross-functional teams

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communication, Healthcare Administration, Public Policy, or a related field
      - 10+ years of experience in selling healthcare products, particularly in public sector healthcare sales
      - Strong understanding of government procurement processes and compliance requirements
      - Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
      - Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills, with the ability to convey messages effectively

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with Taft Hartley
      - Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM systems
      - Ability to navigate complex sales cycles and influence high-level decision-making
      - Demonstrated passion for selling innovative family building products
      - Experience in public health initiatives and understanding of healthcare industry trends
