What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Analyze and assess client's credit and operational risk using various sources of information
- Accompany Relationship Managers on customer farm visits and evaluations
- Recommend credit product structures based on company policies
- Monitor loan compliance and assist with servicing activities
- Assist in the preparation of annual reviews and loan strategy reports

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience
- Knowledge of short- and long-term agricultural credit
- Skilled in written and oral communication
- Ability to travel regionally, up to 15%

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 0-2 years of experience as a Financial Analyst in the agriculture industry
